By Adam Munsterteiger, 247Sports: Xavier Weaver plans to join his former USF receiver mate Jimmy Horn Jr. in Boulder. Weaver confirmed his intention to join the herd on Wednesday evening, becoming the Buffaloes’ 25th scholarship transfer addition for 2023.
The 6-foot-1, 180-pound Weaver was a second-team all-AAC selection after catching a career-best 53 passes for 718 yards and six touchdowns in 2022.
