Dawgman: The Indianapolis Colts made two significant moves this offseason to improve their quarterback room. The Colts, who started NFL veteran Jacoby Brissett after Andrew Luck retired last season, decided to invest in Philip Rivers in free agency.
Rivers comes over from the Los Angeles Chargers after a successful tenure in the league. He is slated to be the starting quarterback this season for Colts head coach Frank Reich and company.
