247Sports: For the second year in a row, the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Year honor has gone to one of the league’s young quarterbacks – And a very promising one, at that.
During NFL Honors, Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert was named the league’s Offensive Rookie of the Year for the 2020 season. Herbert, a former Academic All-American with the Oregon Ducks and the MVP of the 2020 Rose Bowl, was the No. 6-overall pick by the Chargers in the 2020 NFL Draft.
