Former Buffs standout Bianca Smith joining Colorado WBB as assistant coach

One of the top 3-pointer shooters in Colorado women’s basketball history, Smith has been hired as an assistant by head coach JR Payne. Smith, who will coach perimeter players, replaces Alex (Earl) Thomas, who is leaving for another opportunity after eight years on the staff.
