By Jack Freeman, Buffaloes Wire: While Colorado is in the midst of a quarterback battle for the 2025 season, Deion Sanders is making a play to secure the future of the Buffaloes’ quarterback depth in 2026.
The Buffaloes offered 4-star quarterback Kayd Coffman, who is committed to Michigan State. In his junior season, Coffman took his high school, East Kentwood (Mich.), to a playoff appearance while completing 56% of his passes.
