Colorado, Arizona State top two CFB teams with most incoming transfers

By Chance Linton, 247Sports: Roster construction in college football has greatly evolved in recent years with programs around the country increasingly making use of the transfer portal.

The 2022-23 transfer cycle featured an all-time high with 3,252 portal entrants, up from 3,085 entrants last year and nearly double the 1,692 entrants from the 2019-20 cycle.
