BYU running back LJ Martin says he’s healthy, ready to push for 1000 yards

The 2025 Big 12 Football Media Days are held at The Star, the Dallas Cowboys’ headquarters, on July 8 and 9.

This time last year, Martin was dealing with an injury and was unable to have a full offseason of development after his first college season.
