By Chris Karpman, SunDevil Source: Cameron Dyer, Arizona State’s top-ranked 2025 high school football addition, will be sidelined for much of his freshman year after having surgery to repair a knee injury suffered in a state playoff semifinals game in November.
Dyer, who enrolled at ASU earlier this month, posted a photo to social media showing his right knee in a brace following the surgery to repair an ACL tear.
