By Zachary Neel, Ducks Wire: Oregon Ducks head coach Dan Lanning has dealt with the process of having a position coach leave for a higher-paying job and further his career before. On Sunday morning, however, it became public that Lanning would likely have to spend the next few weeks trying to replace one of the best coaches on his staff.
According to multiple reports, wide receivers coach Junior Adams is expected to leave Oregon and take over in the same role with the Dallas Cowboys, heading off to the NFL for the first time in his career and joining Brian Schottenheimer’s staff in the Lone Star State.
While the news has not yet been finalized, it is progressing to a place where the Ducks will be searching for a new WR coach in the near future.
