Caleb Williams very clearly unseated Rattler as Oklahoma’s starting quarterback with a majestic performance in a comeback win over Texas on Saturday in Dallas.

Spencer Rattler is still talented, but he has clearly been unseated by Caleb Williams at OU. If he wants to transfer, Pac-12 programs desperately need quarterbacks.
