By Bjorn Bergstrom, BYU Cougars Wire: When Jackson Doman committed to the BYU Cougars as part of the 2025 recruiting class, he was following in the footsteps of as many as 22 family members that have competed in sports at the university. But a year later, Doman has requested a release from his Letter of Intent and will be reopening his recruitment once he returns from his LDS mission.
Doman is rated as a three-star and was the No. 42 tight end and No. 889 player overall in the 2025 class, per 247Sports Composite.
