247Sports: Nick Rolovich has found quickly those who work in the recruiting side of college football loves titles. Almost every candidate he’s talked to since being hired by Washington State in January of 2020 asked about one.
The 42-year-old Cougars head coach says this in jest, but did admit he’d get creative as he needs to be in order to hire the right people for his recruiting department. On Feb. 26, Washington State announced the addition of Josh Omura as the program’s Director of Transfer Recruiting, a new title in the ever-growing college football landscape of off-field analysts.
