By Jack Freeman, Buffaloes Wire: Deion Sanders’ tenure at the helm of Colorado football has seen numerous former NFL players grace the sidelines alongside Coach Prime. As of Monday morning, another name is reportedly being added to the list.
Sanders is set to hire former NFL linebacker Xavier Adibi as part of the Buffaloes’ defensive staff for 2026, according to CBS Sports reporter Matt Zenitz. Adibi played in the NFL for three years and was serving as Virginia Tech’s inside linebackers coach after being brought to the Hokies in 2022 as a defensive analyst.
