By Kevin Dudley, CougCenter: After a strong freshman season for Kyle Smith and the WSU men’s basketball team, big man Efe Abogidi was named a finalist for the Kyle Macy Award. CollegeInsider.com gives the annual award to a top freshman. Abogidi was part of a young WSU roster and jumped right into the lineup, giving WSU the type of play from the center position the team has missed in recent years.
