By Zackary Armstrong, CougFan:  It’s a question that has generated plenty of player debate this year — who is the fastest Washington State football player? Bradshaw gave the nod to junior walk on Drake Owen, the star of last Saturday’s first spring scrimmage in the IPF, in setting the fastest speed on the first day of spring practice.
