By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan: Lincoln Victor is confident that Washington State is more bought in this year than it was a year ago. The 5-9, 177-pound veteran wide receiver felt something was lacking last year, but that’s not the case in 2023.
“Last year we lacked in leadership roles,” Victor said during fall camp.
