By Barry Bolton, CougFan: Washington State President Kirk Schulz and director of athletics Pat Chun tell Cougfan.com the athletic department will post an anticipated net loss of $11.5 million for the fiscal year ending June 30, according to preliminary data, with an operating loss of $8 million.
But Schulz said the FY23 shortfall is due to a confluence of unique factors involving both WSU and the Pac-12.
