By CougFan.com: The Apple Cup football rivalry, thrown into limbo with Washington’s pending departure to the Big Ten, will continue for at least five more years beyond this Saturday’s 115th meeting, the two schools announced jointly today.
The series, which dates to 1900, will continue next season at the Seahawks’ Lumen Field in Seattle with a 50/50, neutral site gate split.
