By Jay Drew, Deseret News: When he was a consensus four-star high school basketball prospect in Cheyenne, Wyoming, 7-foot-1 center Lawson Lovering flew to Salt Lake City almost every weekend between mid-March and the end of July to practice with and play for a summer all-star team called the Utah Prospects.
Now he’s about to become a permanent SLC resident.
