By Chris Fetters, Dawgman: When it comes to Oregon-Washington, it didn’t take Michael Penix Jr. long to figure out what it means to the people of the Pacific Northwest, and his place in it.
It took him just one game. That game was in Eugene, Oregon and Washington’s senior quarterback threw for 400 yards and a couple of scores to bring the Huskies from behind to defeat the then No. 6 Ducks 37-34.
