What USC hopes Washington will do in its head coaching search

By Matt Zemek, Trojans Wire: Now that the Washington head coaching job is once again open following the dismissal of Jimmy Lake, USC fans have to hope that the Huskies won’t strike gold the way they did in 2013, when they landed Chris Petersen.

Washington is the last Pac-12 team to make the College Football Playoff, all because the right man fell into the Huskies’ lap.
