By Josh Webb, TrojansWire: The USC Trojans managed to keep their streak alive by having someone drafted in the this year’s NFL Draft. USC has had a player taken in every draft since 1939… but that’s cold comfort after what we just saw on Day 2 of this year’s draft.
The 2021 NFL draft is still going and the Trojans still have multiple opportunities to have more than just one Trojan drafted, but they only have one more day to accomplish the opportunity. It was a surprise that the Trojans didn’t have a player or two drafted Friday. Many thought Amon-Ra St. Brown or Olaijah Griffin would be drafted Friday, but neither saw their name called.
