By Scott Eklund, Dawgman: Washington Husky head coach Jimmy Lake, who was suspended for one week by athletic director Jen Cohen, released a statement on Twitter with an apology to the university, the player involved and his bosses — Cohen and UW president Ana Mari Cauce.
Lake was suspended by the university for his actions on the sidelines during Washington’s game against Oregon.
