By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan.com: Talk about having a chip on your shoulder. And for Washington State third-year wide receiver Lincoln Victor (5-9, 180), just because he eventually made it to WSU, and has established a firm foothold in the football program, doesn’t mean it went away.
Victor, who prepped at Union High in Vancouver, Wash., was not offered out of high school by either WSU or UW — he instead went to Hawaii over offers from Eastern Washington, Sacramento State, Northern Iowa and Portland State. Hence, the chip on his shoulder.
