By Steve Samra, On3 Sports: Washington State Cougars transfer running back Wayshawn Parker is taking his talents to Utah, committing to join the Utes via the NCAA Transfer Portal, he announced via Instagram.
Parker played high school football at Elk Grove Charter (CA) SCHOOL, where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 1255 overall recruit in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
