By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan: For as long as one can remember, the Washington State sideline has been across from the press box, right in front of the student section and not shielded from the sun. Per photos, the Cougar sideline has been on student side at least since the late 50s. But ahead of the 2026 campaign, that is changing.
The Cougars will now be in front of the alumni portion of the stadium, covered from the sun in the hot months and across for the student section.
