Washington QB Demond Williams Jr. donates portion of NIL to alma mater

By Roman Tomashoff, Huskies Wire: Ahead of the 2025 football season, Washington Huskies quarterback Demond Williams Jr. donated a portion of his NIL money to his alma mater, Basha High School in Chandler, Arizona, for a good cause.

When the team kicks off its season on September 5, the Bears will have a new addition to their stadium: the Demond Williams Legacy Lawn.
