Washington football: If spring ball happens, who plays, who goes?

Dawgman: Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott left open the possibility of spring football on Tuesday, so a lot of questions come to mind. So let’s say that possibility becomes a reality.

For Washington fans, arguably the biggest question then would be: who would be playing in the Purple and Gold by then?
