By Barkley Truax, On3 Sports: Former Washington cornerback Thaddeus Dixon has committed to Bill Belichick and North Carolina out of the NCAA transfer portal, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett.
Dixon, the No. 2-rated CB in the transfer portal per the On3 Transfer Portal Rankings, chose the Tar Heels over the likes of Michigan, Tennessee, Ole Miss and a return to Washington
Dixon has spent the last two seasons with Washington, including the national championship run in 2023. He has played a total of 26 games with the Huskies, recording 66 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, two interceptions, 18 PBUs, and forcing a fumble.
