Washington basketball forward Christian King to enter transfer portal

By Roman Tomashoff, Huskies Wire: Coach Danny Sprinkle and the Washington Huskies saw a second member of the 2024 roster hit the transfer portal on Thursday when redshirt freshman Christian King announced his intentions to look for a new home.

A former three-star recruit out of Seattle Prep, the son of former Seattle Supersonics first-round pick Rich King was ranked as the nation’s No. 59 small forward and No. 6 player in Washington in the 2023 class but never managed to break into the Huskies’ rotation.
