By Steve Bartle, UteZone: Utah stays hot on the trail as Kyle Whittingham’s football program just landed their 11th commitment of the month and their 13th commitment in the 2025 class, with El Paso (TX) Del Valle three-star safety Shelton “Manny” Fuller announcing his commitment to the University of Utah.
Fuller was among the first group that tripped to Salt Lake City for an official visit with the program this month.
