By Sammy Mora, UteZone: With spring football right around the corner the University of Utah football team announced their spring captains leadership council earlier today. The council comprises sixteen players who will will serve the rest of the team and work closely with the coaches on important matters.
Members of the council are split equally between the offensive and defensive sides of the ball.
