By Trevor Allen, KSL Sports: University of Utah defensive tackles coach Sione Po’uha announced his retirement from coaching on Tuesday after three seasons with the Utes.
Sione Po’uha was an All-Mountain West selection for Utah and was a part of the Fiesta Bowl team in 2004. He went on to play eight seasons in the NFL with the New York Jets.
