USC transfer, former 4-star Georgia DL Bear Alexander commits to Oregon

By Steve Samra, On3 Sports: Former USC and Georgia defensive lineman Bear Alexander is committing to transfer to the Oregon Ducks, On3’s Hayes Fawcett has learned. Alexander was a former Top 100 prospect.

He began his career at Georgia in 2022 as a true freshman before transferring to USC for the 2023 season. After four games with the Trojans in 2024, Alexander left the team and planned to enter the transfer portal.

Oregon, Penn State, and SMU were the programs that were the most intriguing options to Alexander in his latest recruitment in the portal, he told On3’s Hayes Fawcett.
