By Chris Trevino, USCFootball.com: USC dodged a massive injury bullet in Michigan’s loss over the weekend as USC head coach Lincoln Riley noted that starting tight end Lake McRee would miss time but will return this season. It was initially feared that McRee suffered a season-ending knee injury after taking a low hit.
“Lake’s a great player,” said Riley during his Trojans Live appearance. “Hate not to have him here right away but we’ll get him back soon.”
