USC recruit expected to garner NIL deal worth more than Pro Bowl tight end

By Nate Lunak, Athlon Sports via Yahoo Sports: There’s no doubt that in this age of college football, the ability to hand out large name, image and likeness (NIL) contracts is what can separate some of the best teams from the worst.

That has become evident when it comes to the 2026 recruiting class, and one team that’s taking full advantage is the USC Trojans, who have landed a total of 31 commitments and rank No. 1 in the nation.

One of the biggest additions to that group is tight end Mark Bowman, who chose the Trojans over other powerhouses such as the Georgia Bulldogs, Alabama Crimson Tide and Texas Longhorns.
