By Chance Linton, 247Sports: June has officially arrived, and 247Sports recently released the updated and expanded College Football Transfer Portal Top247 in what will likely be our final massive overhaul of the 2023 cycle. Following the latest update to the Top247, we have decided to take a look at the schools with the most incoming transfers on the list.
Eleven teams have at least seven commits ranked in the Top247, including four schools with at least 10.
