By Chris Trevino, USCFootball.com: USC football been fined by the Big Ten conference for sophomore running back Bryan Jackson participating in the second half of USC’s 31-13 win over Michigan on Saturday night after being listed as OUT on the conference availability report. USC was hit with a $5,000 fine, first reported by CBSSports.com’s Richard Johnson and confirmed with USCFootball.com with the Big Ten.
“On Saturday, USC listed a student-athlete as “out” on its availability report for the game against Michigan, but that student-athlete later participated in the game.
