USCFootball.com: USC center Brett Neilon is out with an ankle sprain and will be monitored throughout the week, head coach Clay Helton said Sunday.
The redshirt junior was evaluated by trainers in the fourth quarter after suffering from an apparent injury. He slowly walked off the field, but needed support to do so. Neilon did not return for the rest of the game and was replaced by redshirt sophomore center Justin Dedich.
