Football Scoop: USC commit Jake Garcia has been at the center of ineligibility concerns after he and his father moved to Georgia upon finding out that their home state of California would not play high school football this fall.
Prior to the move, Jake’s parents filed for divorce so that he and his father could move to Georgia without his mother and still be considered a legal transfer.
