By Connor Morrissette, Bruin Report Online: Star UCLA point guard Donovan Dent exited the Bruins’ Big Ten Tournament semifinal defeat against Purdue in the first half with a calf strain. Dent was held out for the rest of the game as a precaution but will be back for the NCAA Tournament next week, he said after the game.
Dent’s injury scare comes one day after UCLA leading scorer Tyler Bilodeau strained his knee in the Bruins’ win over Michigan State in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament.
