After putting together arguably the greatest college baseball regular season in NCAA history, UCLA lost twice in three days to St. Mary’s in NCAA regional play ending the Bruins’ magical season. In Sunday’s elimination game, UCLA couldn’t hold a 5-4 ninth inning lead and suffered a 6-5 walk off defeat in the 10th inning. UCLA closer Easton Hawk surrendered an RBI single to Ian Armstrong in the ninth inning and then a second RBI single to Makoa Sniffen in the tenth to take the loss.
