By Roman Tomashoff, Huskies Wire: The season of bad injury luck continued for Danny Sprinkle and the Washington Huskies, as a pair of four-star freshmen may be unable to return this year.
After being listed as questionable on the injury report with a foot issue ahead of Washington’s 84-74 loss to Iowa, point guard JJ Mandaquit, who was clearly distraught by his inability to suit up ahead of the game, had to be consoled by several of his coaches and teammates during warmups, and joined his teammate Jasir Rencher on the bench.
