By Gerard Martinez, USCFootball: Memphis Tigers redshirt freshman wide receiver Tahj Washington announced via social media Tuesday that he will transfer to USC this summer.
Washington, who will be eligible to play immediately next season for USC, caught 43 passes for 743 yards and six touchdowns for the Tigers in 11 games. At 5-foot-10, 170-pounds, he was one of the most explosive wide receivers in the American Conference last year.
