By R.J. Abeytia, USCFootball.com: USC came into spring ball really happy with its veteran talent at running back and despite a modest showing running the ball during the spring game, it sounds like that’s how they feel coming out of spring as well.
It’s always good to ask players on the other side of the ball about the guys they go up against daily, and linebacker Shane Lee gave Austin Jones shouts during spring, saying “He’s run the ball really hard, making me better in pass coverage and run block and all that kind of stuff. He’s really pushed me.”
