Trojan QB Jaxson Dart still isn't 'cleared' for full practice participation

By Chris Trevino, 247Sports: USC interim head coach Donte Williams said on Tuesday that freshman quarterback Jaxson Dart still hasn’t been fully medically cleared from his meniscus surgery.

“He’s still day-to-day,” said Williams in his Tuesday presser, “still hasn’t been truly cleared by the trainers and everything else.
