By Grant Hughes, 247Sports: Washington is the “heavy favorite” to land Mississippi State quarterback Will Rogers in the transfer portal, according national recruiting analyst Chris Hummer, who logged a Crystal Ball pick Monday for Rogers to the Huskies.
“The heavy favorite for Will Rogers is Washington,” Hummer said, via Transfer Portal Palooza.
