The State of Colorado has produced a total of 47 high school recruits who have been highly rated by 247Sports and signed with a college since 2000.
Here are the Top 25-rated prep players from the “Centennial State,” all of whom were awarded at least four or five stars, with ratings ranging from .9980 to .9318.
The all-time highest-rated recruit was Marcus Houston, a running back with a rating of .9980 from Thomas Jefferson High School out of Denver, who signed with Colorado in the Class of 2000.
The highest-rated recruit to stay in the state and attend Colorado was Marcus Houston.
The highest-rated recruit to stay in the state and attend Colorado State was Justin Holland, a quarterback with a rating of .9631 from Bear Creek High School in Denver, who signed with the Class of 2001.
In addition to each player’s name, rating, and stars, the table includes their position, class, hometown, and college choice.
