By Jackson Moore, Cardinal 247: The Stanford Cardinal fell 45-14 to the No. 6 Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Saturday. It was the seventh straight loss for Stanford, ending a 3-9 season.
It is also the second losing season for Stanford in three years – which is uncharted territory for Cardinal head coach David Shaw who has a 93-45 record over 11 seasons.
