By Wade Peery, On3: Stanford transfer edge defender David Bailey has committed to Texas Tech, On3’s Hayes Fawcett reported on Friday evening. The 6-3, 250-pound edge defender racked up 111 total tackles, 14.5 sacks, and seven forced fumbles in three years with the Cardinal.

He was ranked as the No. 3 player in the transfer portal, according to the On3 Transfer Portal Rankings.
